Proof of the work

Representative engagements.

Two long-running enterprise engagements that illustrate the shape of the work. Client identities are withheld by policy; the operational specifics are real.

Engagement A

Third-party multi-agency network recovery.

A long-running enterprise engagement managing third-party commercial recovery across a curated network of agency partners. BPR is the single accountable interface for the client; the network operates as a managed system underneath.

The shape of the work:

Engagement B

First-party consumer-facing program.

An enterprise first-party program operating in the client's name, designed for brand-protective recovery on customer-facing accounts. A dedicated BPR team replaced an offshore baseline; the activity composition was redesigned around direct outreach.

The shape of the work:

How we handle client references

What we will and won't say without permission.

BPR's policy is to describe engagement work in operational detail and to withhold client identity unless we have explicit permission to disclose. We extend that policy to industry, scale, and any other detail that would let a competitor identify the client by inference.

The reason is simple: our clients trust us with sensitive recovery work in relationship-sensitive contexts, and publishing identifying detail without permission would breach that trust. The engagement breakdowns are simply meant to demonstrate operational depth. Named-reference conversations may be held privately with buyers who are seriously evaluating us.
